Tomasz has over 25 years of experience with Information Technologies. He skills have grown in parallel with the development of the commercial Internet. His career has evolved from junior engineer to principal architect and leadership roles.

As developer and architect Tomasz has always been on the cutting edge of technical innovation. He has successfully introduced dozens of new technologies along his path, constantly searching for places to automate and optimise process. Tomasz is also up to date with the latest project management trends while treating them with a fine pinch of experience salt.

He has designed, created or supervised the development of multiple systems that are currently in production in areas of eCommerce, Order Fulfillment, Sales, Business Intelligence, Product Information Management, Content Management, Issue Tracking, Medical, Industry 4.0.

Bartek Czernecki

Director of Data Science

Bartek has been involved in data driven projects for over 15 years, and has more than 10 years of experience in tailoring statistical analysis, big data and machine learning algorithms in practice.

For years he’s been fascinated with solving data-related problems with the use of AI/ML in strongly diversified areas, such as exploratory data analysis, quantitative marketing analysis or business and industrial cost optimization. He’s also experienced with predictive forecasting/maintenance solutions, spatial modelling (GIS) and data visualizations. Recently he has been enthusiastically involved in improving efficiency and lowering costs in a business application with the use of data lake technologies on the cloud. Bart is a skilled developer too, both for software in general and for implementing data frameworks.

In his free time Bartek is very active in following new trends in the data science community. He’s won awards at data-related conferences and hackathons, and his contributions have been recognised with the “outstanding young scientist” title by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in Poland. He also serves as an advisor/developer to open-source and research communities regarding statistical and atmospheric physics problems.
